I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning & Leadership from William & Mary, where I focused my research on leadership in crisis. My dissertation engaged college presidents in reflection on their handling of the COVID-19 pandemic at their institutions, and I have also published on the topics of equity and inclusion in higher education and industry. Additionally, I earned my M.A. in Counseling, and a B.A. in Family Development, both from Montclair State University. I have worked for the past 23 years in a variety of roles, including community banking, non-profit operations, business development & relationship management, and a wide variety of roles at three different colleges and universities. I currently serve as Executive Director of Career Services at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA, and remain active in the local business community.
